Do we have to chase staff to complete the training?

How does buying in advance work?

Is the online course enough for HSA compliance?
The training follows HSA guidance and Irish law (S.I. 299/2007) and certificates are signed by a QQI Level 6 instructor. You keep responsibility for role-specific risk assessment; our records give you the statutory training evidence, audit-ready.
Do staff have to do a practical or upload videos?
No. The online refresher is theory plus a short assessment — no practical and no video upload, so completion is quick. (A full course with a live practical is available if you need staff certified from scratch.)
